Şerefiye Cistern is open to visitors every day of the week between 10.00 and 22.00.

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not allowed indoors.

Pets are allowed only if they are kept in a carrier.

For security reasons and due to visitor capacity, large items such as suitcases are not allowed inside the venue; lockers are not available.
